Qi Gong Classes at the Tree of Life Holistic Center

 

Every Monday night at 8 PM at our center.

 

Fee is $15 per class. 

 

Qi gong is used for enhancing personal health and vitality.  This class is open to all.  It does not matter what your level of experience is.  It is best to wear comfortable clothing and eat a small meal before attending class.
