I am a Certified Massage Therapist since graduating from the 610 hour Professional Medical Massage Program in June, 2000. I specialize in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, MFR, ongoing manual therapy techniques, shoulder techniques and movement therapy.

 

My work is based on finding out about the needs and goals of each client and then working with them to achieve those goals through massage and movement. By implementing techniques to restore fluid motion, improve body function and reduce pain clients find a way to renew themselves. I use the understanding of the mechanisms of injury and repetitive strain to relieve tension and encourage my clients to adopt healthy lifestyles with good nutrition, regular exercise, daily activities, stress reduction, regular massage therapy and proper rest and sleep in order to restore good overall health.
