We are a group of health care practitioners who are committed to helping our clients optimize their lives and achieve their full potential. We were established in 1995 to provide psychotherapy and bodywork services to the community using a combination of both traditional and alternative methods of treatment to assist our clients in transformation. We recognize the importance of the connection between body, mind and spirit. In that vein, we also collaborate with integrative medicine practitioners.
