Adina Docter is a lifelong learner who has always been curious about the sacred alchemy of healing and transformation. For Adina, practices of embodiment,  and becoming aware of the movement that animates our world is a deep spiritual practice, through which we sense the energetic landscapes that orbit within and around us in a kind of fluid web, connecting us to all life.

She has practiced Continuum Movement for more than 25 years, and is an avid student of Non-violent Communication. She enjoys finding ways to bring Non-violent Communication and somatics together for better communication and conflict resolution. She enjoys listening deeply to others, sensing into the essence of what they want to share. She also has a background in Feldenkrais, Authentic Movement, and Somatic Experiencing.

Adina has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of New Mexico, with Phi Beta Kappa, where she majored in Anthropology with a minor in Women's Studies.

"When I allow myself to drop in, my form as I know it disappears. It's like going down a rabbit hole. A whole other world appears.  It is a time for me to dance in my own inner landscape...When i come out of moving everything feels more tactile. I am aware of everything; how I feel, my breath, my inner felt world and the world I am connected to."  Lina Watson

“My body talks to me better in this space than any other time.  It opens and releases, as if it had been waiting for just this moment.  Thank you,  Adina for offering this container for me and my body to get to know each other better.”  --Elektra Porzel
